Partnerships

Partnerships with local and global public and private groups, universities, and higher education institutions have been established for projects, research, cooperation, and to increase the number of scholarships for collegiate students.

Adepp

ADEPP (Association of Private Provident Institutions) represents over 1.6 million regular professionals, with different vocations but all linked by an innovative model that merges the autonomous nature of the Institutions with their public function. ADEPP and CCUM signed an agreement to fund scholarships for university students who are the offspring of professionals enrolled in ADEPP's member pension funds. The agreement is for three years and is aimed at students who will be admitted to University Colleges of Merit in the upcoming academic years. The protocol includes creating training and informational projects about professions, work ethics, and retirement culture, targeted at university students. Additionally, it provides placement plans designed for recent graduates.

CCMUE

The Consejo de Colegios Mayores Universitarios de España (CCMUE) is the Association that brings together 120 University Colleges of Merit in Spain, both public and private, hosting more than 17,000 students. CCMUE's goals are to collaborate with public and private institutions, and European, national, regional, and local entities to develop and implement educational, cultural, and training projects related to the university context and higher education related to formal and informal education, soft skills, and professional skills.

The agreement

It includes the promotion at an institutional level, collaboration in the organisation of of cultural events, conferences, and seminars, study visits and exchange of best practices between directors and trainers of the Colleges, exchange of students between Colleges of Merit (short periods and Erasmus) and joint participation in European projects.

CRUI

Since 2007, CRUI has represented Italian universities recognized by the state and private sector. Founded in 1963 as a group of rectors, the association has gained an institutional and representative role, as well as the power to shape the development of the university system.

The agreement

The agreement between CCUM and CRUI offers educational activities to improve university students' non-formal and informal learning experiences. It also promotes students ’success, enriching the vitality of the university community and of the academic curriculum. The agreement also includes the promotion of the College brand acknowledging officially students’academic achievements attained at the Colleges. Joint training initiatives for University and College staff focusing on 'student affairs and services' are also encouraged.

Cavalieri del Lavoro

The honor “Cavalieri del Lavoro” is disposed every year by the President of the Italian Republic to entrepreneurs, men, and women whose business activities have significantly contributed to the national economy. These individuals have demonstrated a high commitment to ethical and social responsibility, improving the country's living and working conditions. The honor has been presented annually since 1901. “Cavalieri del Lavoro” are driven by the values of solidarity, merit, and hard work. They work together and individually to promote activities endorsed by the Federation and adopt appropriate industrial relations and exemplary welfare models in their workplaces.

The partnership with CCUM facilitate student placements for Students from the Colleges of Merit.

FAI

FAI aims to educate and guide the community in safeguarding the environment and Italy's artistic and monumental heritage.

The agreement

With the agreement we aim to collaborate in joint initiatives to encourage a culture that focuses on enhancing and protecting historical and artistic heritage, landscapes, and the environment. It includes research activities, training highly skilled professionals in the field, to enhance knowledge of local cultural heritage and history, with the aim of improving and promoting it within the university world.

Rus

RUS is the first experience of coordination and sharing among all Italian Universities committed to the issues of environmental sustainability and social responsibility with the aim of: spreading the culture and good practices of sustainability, both inside and outside the Universities, pooling skills and experiences, to increase the positive impacts of the actions implemented by individual Universities; promote the SDGs - Sustainable Development Goals and contribute to their achievement; strengthen the recognition and value of the Italian experience at the international level.

The partnership with CCUM regards the collaboration in the implementation and promotion of initiatives and events on the theme of sustainable development, and the exchange of expertise and experience in culture and best practices in the field of sustainability.

Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna di Pisa

Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna is a top university that focuses on excellent education. The Memorandum of Understanding with Scuola Universitaria Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa, provides the collaboration with a first joint project being "Merit and Social Mobility 2.0 - ME.MO 2.0." The program intends to help underprivileged students from vulnerable socio-economic backgrounds access higher education. Between 2021 and 2022, students from the University Colleges of Merit are assisted in creating the initiative by providing tutoring and mentoring services for Sant'Anna students.
