Why a “merit based admission”?

There is no an agreed-upon definition of merit. In our Colleges, we consider merit a value, that world as social elevator.
Our students exhibit unique talents and dedication, leading to exceptional accomplishments.

Both academic achievement and motivations are considered in the assessment of the application before admitting new students.  To stay in the College, in the years after the first admission, students must respect a good conduct and achieve a yearly average mark comparable to the city's standard.

They also need to complete every year 70 extra-curricular training hours during the Bachelor and 25 hours each year during the Master. However, qualifications vary among Colleges.
