Governance

The internal organization of CCUM is based on the principles of democracy, free election of offices and effectiveness of membership: each member has the right to participate in the assemblies and has the right to vote. All members have equal rights and duties. All members have to pay the annual membership fee.

The Assembly is composed of all members that have paid the annual membership fee. The President of CCUM is elected by secret ballot among the representatives of the Colleges that have been members for at least three years. The President is the legal representative of CCUM. The Executive Board is composed of the President and four other officers elected by secret ballot among the representatives of the members that paid the annual membership fee. The Executive Board prepares the budget and the balance of the association and has the broadest powers for the ordinary and extraordinary management of the association, except for the resolutions reserved exclusively to the Assembly by law and by its Statute.

The Executive Board is composed by:

  • Vincenzo Lorenzelli, Fondazione Collegio San Carlo, President
  • Paola Bernardi, Collegio Nuovo
  • Stefano Blanco, Fondazione Collegio delle Universit√† Milanesi
  • Maurizio Carvelli, Fondazione Ceur
